Truely a Question for the ages OP but I will Try.
I believe the Janny comes first, The Janny is in essence a being that sees it's self above the masses one of wisdom beyond their years. One may only look to reddit their where many a Janny first, but now what do you see, rising from the ashes of the unloved soyboy, the atheist with no conviction, the neverlandian boy, the personality b cluster fuck, you see the Tranny screaming into being from the result of it's internet upbringing. Now with it's Moral high ground and full on god complex, you see them strike down many a post and poster a genocide of unseen fury and magnitude. With no hope of ever building a life for itself it is found throughout the world wide web, screaming about any minor thing because this, their jannydom is all they have the only power they ever got and could ever hope to gain.
I do not fear the Tranny Janny in truth I pitty them.

If we're going to get technical, ACTUAL Jannies have been around since forever due to public schools and other buildings like it.
Trannies started becoming public and mainstream in the 80's when they started taking the music charts. Although I'm sure they probably were around earlier than that.
However, online Jannies are completely different from actual Jannies (aside from doing it for free). For one thing, you never see an actual Janny get a massive ego boost from doing their job. Second, nobody points to an actual Janny mopping up puke at the cafeteria and goes "see him? I wanna be THAT when I grow up". Online Jannies can do things regular forum members can't and as the saying goes "with great power comes great responsibility", which majority of the time they get way too carried away with their power due to the massive ego boost they gain from it. I think this is why Trannies want, nay, DEMAND to be Jannies, especially in this day and age where they keep shoving their shit into literally EVERYTHING. Something about being in control of everyone and what they say/do does something to their minds that makes them even more psychotic than they already were. Maybe it's due top to the fact that since it's the internet, they can get away with whatever they want without any repercussions, unlike real life, in which they've probably had multiple people tell them to fuck off with their stupidity on more than one occasion.
