Chris I can accept due to his exceptionalism and the way he was raised.

Well afaik DSP has never sold autographed junk to 10 times its value,like a rockstar sells his autographed guitar, to go to a convention. But considering that Chris is well... Chris and considering that DSP's situation is 100% his fault I'd say DSP is the worst beggar
Chris seems to beg money only when he wants new toys or when Barb rifled through his purse again. DSP begs constantly, and all you get is "thanks for the money, dummy". Not to mention CWC can sell literal trash and people will pay up - he's actually capitalizing his infame proper way, in my opinion. CWC also can manage his bills to certain degree. DSP is just accustomed to getting free money from ficklest possible careers (internet entertainment) and actually thinks that since he's put x amount of years into it he's entitled to reap the benefits from it, like he'd clock into job with benefits and clocks out during end of day.

DSP hands down. Chris has times he is known for begging constantly, but DSP seems to make his entire online presence around begging. Does anyone know the rough percentage of gaming stream(or any of em for that matter) where he doesnt take roughly 5 minutes or longer to complain about his situation involving his finances? I mean it is one thing to ask for support, but it seems like every prestream he complains about his situation and begs for money.

DSP, but to Phil's credit he could probably at least manage a minimum wage job for a few months if he was forced into it, Chris got chased out of Wendy's by pissing off his manager like 3 months in and hasn't worked since and this was before he believed that moon lasers were going to blow up his house. But like others have said, this kinda makes Phil worse, at least Chris has the excuse of being too socially inept and mentally unstable to hold a job, Phil seems to be be a relatively intelligent and stable adult, but still CHOOSES to behave like an assclown
