I know it feels like I'm beating a dead horse to make it deader here since this same topic is essentially the same as a couple other threads, but there's just something that baffles me so much. This just briefly analyze Chris's latest Facebook post.

Very Depressed.
Need In-Person,
Real Compassion
From Women.
Hugs and Love.
Please Help. — feeling sad.

Okay now. I can appreciate he has far too many shortcomings, mental problems, confidence issues that it's just impossible for him to get women the traditional way. What I want to know is, whats stopping him from taking his :tugboat: over to the closest brothel, to pay for the troves of hot women for his chosen pleasure? I mean, he actually did pay the service of a prostitute. Where's the drive for him to do that?

He will get the "Real Compassion from Women" if he pays for it. :tugboat:

Paying for women takes more effort than hoping the Blue Fairy will bring you one, and all women love effort.

He doesn't want to get in trouble with the law so he's not going to waste his :tugboat: on that. He probably believes that if true love can be bought, he'll do it. But he can't because true love can't be bought.

I think it's a result of Chris viewing life as IRL vidya, projecting onto the role of a hero or protagonist. Years of Borb-coddling convinced him that he's a beautiful, talented artist that wimmenz will flock to. The hero always gets the girl, right? GodJesus told him so in a dream, so it must be true. Everybody else hates me. To hate me is to hate GodJesus, therefore all other males are enemies of God. Unfortunately, Chris and his sense of divine right to China was born lower middle class after the enlightenment, French Revolution, etc.

Chris watches animu where the loveable loser is surrounded by a harem of bubbly girls. He played Ocarina of Time growing up, taking notice that the silent protagonist somehow managed to lure in Zelda, Saria, Ruto, Malon, that Gerudo chieftain, etc. It subconciously programmed his literal mind to expect that harems will flock to him for his brilliance. Borb and GodJesus are on my side. It must be true! I'm so cool! Wow, I'm in for an amazing life as a loveable-loser autistic artist!

Any day now...

Who taught him that getting women is effortless?
TV shows, movies, videogames..etc.
He sees stuff like that and he believes them to be real.
For example the 3 dates rule, where he actually believed that after 3 dates a girl should sleep with him, you know like in the comedies

It's not so much that people taught him that life is effortless; it's more that no one taught him that life is effortful, which is completely different.

Can't help but imagine Chris standing on a watchtower with bow and arrows in hand, aiming at a boyfriend-free girl, convinced that after the arrow knocks them out (what else could it do?), their leader will be so impressed at his skills that she'll want to fuck him.

That game was released when he was 16. I guess that counts as "growing up," though, since he still considers himself a "young adult."

one of the biggest life lessons he learned growing up was that if he spoke, he'd get toys.

I'm allowed to mention specific shows like The Simpsons, Family Guy and the Flintstones, where the main guys are all fat unattractive and full of defects and yet they got to marry slim and good looking women.

Specially Family guy! Peter uses glasses is fat and retarded and shits himself often and yet he got the queen of rule 34 to bear three children. Subconsciously he must knows that he his like Peter so that's why he loves that cartoon and also it feeds him with the fantasy that such a life is possible for him.

Chris often mentions how his parents met. I believe he's said that Barb actually pursued Bob. And as Chris is wont, he took the exact wrong lesson that what happened is something possible in every situation, even in something as unlikely as his life.

What's interesting about the Family Guy situation is that they address this directly a lot of times. Lois Cheats on Peter, and she hints at, and in some cases outright declares that she wants a divorce. Their relationship is a complete disaster. It's not surprising if Chris doesn't realize this.

Honestly, it is probably growing up and hearing that Barb was the one who sought after Bob. The detail Chris is ignoring is that Bob attracted Snorlax with his singing.

Chris uses details of reality when it suits him and discards the rest.

"There's someone for everyone".
This is another lie parents tell their kids, like Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy. Your parents may have believed it, since they must have at least loved each other long enough to make you, but there are plenty of people who die alone, they just don't have any kids to pass on their warnings to.

With all the people in the world, there probably is someone for everyone, but there's no magic that will bring these couples together if they aren't willing to put forth some effort. Even in Chris' video games and TV shows where everyone ends up paired up; those imaginary people had adventures together. They were out doing something, not eating junk food and staring at their PSP waiting for fate to make their dreams come true.

If Chris were to get his shit together and get a job, or even just engage in some social activities (the "Real Life Socializing" he claims he wants but doesn't actually do), he'd have a real chance of being around women, one of whom may eventually grow to like him. (There are some screwed up women out there after all) He would need to lower his standards, but we've seen he's willing to do that when he thinks he may have a chance.

Chris believes what he wants to be true (the key to all the trolling he's been victim to). He doesn't want there to be any effort. Being rejected by a girl you're interested in is unpleasant for any guy. Rather than believe he'll have to be a man and accept that you have to take some chances, he prefers to believe fate will eventually bring him Lovely Weather if he just keeps waiting for her.

You fail to take into account that Marge actually, you know, loves Homer. They've always remained faithful to each other, even though Homer Simpson is fat, and kinda ugly. With Chris, it would be a mostly physical attraction. I don't think that he realizes that you have to put effort into a relationship, and that there are expectations for both partners involved. The point is that he needs to actually have an emotional connection, it's not often love at first sight. Although, I met a girl on a marching band trip who was totally into me. We both admitted we would date each other, but the fact remains that this kind of thing doesn't happen very often, and you still have to put effort into a relationship. (To be honest, I was kinda disappointed when I found out that she lived in Georgia, and that she was going into the military after high school, we still text though, but I digress.)

Chris cherry-picks the parts he likes and ignores the parts he doesn't when it comes to everything, Family Guy is no exception. Even though that whatever lesson he's choosing to believe makes no sense at all unless you accept all of the context, it's a package deal.

I think he believes "socializing" with women is what it was for him in high school: he sits quietly and plays a game, while the woman carries all the socializing on for him, and she pretends to be friendly on the rare occasion that he looks up from his game to awkwardly smile at her.

Chris already paid a hooker, but the experience was hollow, and left him wanting more. Chris wants an ongoing companionship, because he feels a longing to be with someone.

All of us want things that we can not have, but most of us are able to compromise or let go. Chris is not able to do that.

bingo. it's a saying that, like so many things, chris takes at face value. although i speculate that instead of "there's someone for everyone," barb repeatedly told him "there's someone for you," thus making him feel he is entitled to a woman without requiring to do any work for one.

Everything is effortless when you have somebody else doing it for you, and Chris believes people should be finding a sweetheart for him.
A woman is just a possession to be given to him, like a toy.
