It's from Mister Metokur v. MRAs.
Timing was during IBS, at the time when he was friendly with the Kumite.
Dr Randomercam (an MRA, I think he did this autistic shit involving hand puppets) got upset that Jim went after a pedo, particularly that Jim called him "autistic" as an insult. Jim hit back saying Dr Randomercam was defending a pedo, demanded bloodsports, Randomercam kept shit-talking without facing Jim directly, this culminated in him sending one of the MRA women to talk to Jim instead. Jim called Randomercam a "bitch-made nigga". It became a big IBS meme. Tonka was present, but did not coin it. Ralph was nowhere near it, in fact he may have been incarcerated at the time.
