This is a weird question that has always bothered me - seems like not just the "internet famous" people on this site, but IRL a large amount of celebrity entertainers are seriously fucked up in some way or another.
Random examples off the top of my head - Woody Allen, Kurt Kobain, Amy Winehouse, Louis CK, Harvey Weinstein, Shia LeBouf - just to name a few. (The same is probably true with porn/adult entertainers, but since most of them aren't known for anything outside of those niche industries, I don't count them here).
I think this is somewhat exclusive to celebrity entertainers like singers, actors, media people in general, and to a lesser extent, athletes. People in more "conventional" industries like business don't seem to be known for being severely fucked up in some way, whether in terms of personal health, drugs, or sexual deviance.
