Why do you watch / enjoy Deagle Nation? -

I was watching the most recent live stream (16th Jan) and it got me thinking as to why I actually love watching Jace, Eli etc.. Of course its obviously entertaining, but is there anything that grabs your attention and makes you want more?

I would have to say my favourite part of his live streams is the tactical vomiting. It is so so SO over the top and unneeded it always makes me crack the fuck up, I'm currently doing a remix video on ableton of all the tac footage vom voms, ill share it here when I am done.

Also some highlights of his existence is the way he refers to different things, esp. the overuse of "and / or" etc.

I watch it for the psychological implications, and the unpredictable nature of Jace's behavior. He's such a colorful and diverse character, and somehow he always manages to make things entertaining. I'm quite interested in this "Black Operation" he has in store for us.

I love Jace's angry overreactions to everything in his live streams and his impotent insistence on the reality of his delusions. His behavior is so outlandish that fans can't help but laugh.

I enjoy Deagle Nation because unlike 99.9% of Lolcows, they actually DO shit. All the other people of interest discussed on these forums sit on their asses all day doing nothing, whereas these guys actually have street fights, climb shit and fly to the Middle East. The live streams are a million times more energetic and entertaining then anything I've ever seen.

It's hard to keep up with what's happening at times, and admittedly, I missed a lot of it. But some of the Deagle Nation material (Eli's Thanksgiving accident, the secret Middle East mission, riding camels stoned, the Race War Van, Nazi rap) is some next level shit.

Well what makes Jace for me is the bizarre and over the top freakouts, the situational comedy vibe he and his friends give off during his streams, the badass (pfft) marine persona, the dude bro stereotypes (and I am not one of those spergs who call anyone who plays CoD a dudebro, but he fits the stereotype), the catchphrases ("YOU JUST GOT PRANKED YO!" "That's chill" "That's content" ), how gullible he is and how unpredictable he is on his streams (though at times he can be very predictable).

I came up with this theory that Jace willingly believes these things because his life is so insanely boring, he has to invent this persona and "pretend" that he is some sort of action hero (Ala Duke Nukem, did you see how much he loved DNF?!) to give his life some more meaning and adventure.

But that's honestly just my way of looking at Jace.

I personally like watching Jace because his livestreams are pretty fucking chill, and kind of like Karnon said, the Entirety of Deagle Nation(even Tyce!) has this weird sort of childish endearing charm to it. While the freakouts are considered by many the "money shots" of DN following, I personally like when we get to see 'genuine' Jace, when he does that weird, dorky laugh or when he's trying to interact with Eli, but gets super frustrated when Eli's way too fucking blazed to understand pretty much anything. Or just gets carried away trying to roleplay the game he's livestreaming or something. The whole of Deagle Nation is an emotional rollercoaster, and I appreciate the ups and the downs of the ride.

But honestly, he's like a 12 year old who never developed beyond 12.

He definitely has some level of a "Peter Pan-syndrome", like he seems to consider himself being still in his teen, even if he's in his mid-twenties, as evidenced by him occasionally using the hashtag #LifeTeen or something, in addition to his behaviour.

I want to dislike Jace for being prejudice against anything that isn't a red blooded American. But honestly, he's like a 12 year old who never developed beyond 12. He thinks war is this cool fantasy world, plays pretend with John Cena dolls and gets so erratically excited when he does well in a game. Deagle Nation is less of a clan and more of a childish gang that you can't help but like because they're too mentally childish to grow beyond these behaviours.

If you've ever seen Arby 'n' the Chief, then Jace is the closest thing we'll ever get to an embodiment of Chief's character.

Jace actually cares about his fans, while most lolcows view other as NPCs and below them Jace will constantly ask his fans for feedback and do things that he doesn't want to do like play the Sims because the fans asked him. He actually cares about us and is grateful to us for watching his streams and pressing 1

Chris shits himself and does nothing. Connor spends years on his magnum opus Regurgitating Eva, most of the other LoLcows are just overblown Tumblr perverts. Deagle Nation delivers the weapons-grade LOL.

Jace is different from the other lolcows. He's childish, innocent (Aside from the Juggalo Beatdown. That shit was dark. Dark, but funny as fuck), and actually does shit. With cows like Chris, we're waiting and watching as he does nothing except preach about being a male lesbian. Hell we haven't gotten a good laugh out of him since the whole GameStop fiasco. Plus most of his shit is just flat out sad at times. With Jace, it's almost like blending Trailer Park Boys and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia with stoner comedy. The mission to Israel was what made me truly become a fan of Deagle Nation. I was thinking that there was no way in hell they would go through with it, but lo and behold, Eli fucking made it. Granted he didn't do much except jack off, smoke pot, and play Runescape, but that's what makes it hilarious!

Jace also cares more about his fans and friends, whereas Chris just seemed to care about a certain demographic, if you get what I mean (A.k.a. dat sweet, holy pussi). Jace reaches out to his fans with his Fact Zone segments, something most lolcows don't do. All in all, he's one of the better lolcows, giving us more lulz than cringes. What really sets him apart from the others was the fundraiser he held back in December to buy Eli an XBone. Ok so he did use some of the cash to fund his future operations, but seeing him finally give Eli his payment for the mission to Israel just warmed my heart. Though we all know that Jace is going to want to commandeer the XBone from time to time. But really, I like Jace. He's truly hilarious. Like I said, he has a kind of innocence to him that other cows don't have.

I like how Jace and the rest of his band of mercenaries get out into the world. Jace crashing his moms Prius in a bid to race Wu was a prime example of that. I genuinely get the feeling that he doesn't know any better when he fucks up and is somehow unable to learn from his mistakes which only adds to the hilarity. For a foreigner watching Jace he's every bit the American stereotype we know and love. Patriotism. Standing up for what is right. Guns. and good old fashioned American arrogance and brashness. Here is a man who gets told no by the world and says "Fuck you, I'm doing it!" and I think it's fantastic.
