I mean, first he did this to DANG DIRTY JEW Michael Snyder on 10/28, and now he's done it to PCA when PCA was just trying to be friendly. Why does Christian like to take pictures of random people??

I've heard in some cultures that don't use technology, they're scared that cameras taking pictures will take away the subject's soul. Then this piece of "stolen soul" could be used in sympathetic magic to harm the victim, such as in voodoo dolls. Based on the rest of Chris's supernatural thinking (curse-ye-ha-me-ha, etc.), I wouldn't be surprised if he also believed something along the line of this.

I wouldn't be surprised either, but Chris thinks that his life got "ruined" because of the internet and the ]P so, if he puts a picture of a random guy (a twoll, because everybody in his mind is a twoll) his life will get ruined as well, remember that manager that banned him recentely from wal-mart? he took a picture of her and wanted us to "troll" her...

Chris believes that all of his problems started by someone taking a candid pic of him and uploading it to the internet. He doesn't understand that it wasn't the act in itself that caused his trouble, but rather that it was his ridiculous appearance and infinitely more ridiculous behavior that kept the trolls circling him like sharks.

Evidence, I dont think it goes anything far than that. Since he has dificulty remembering faces, and everyone is a troll he takes pictures to use them as evidence in the event of being asked for it when he manages to take trolls to justice.
