I've always found this to be a strange one of his. I've had 2 girlfriends that were 5 years older than me and one who was 3 years older than me and I can honestly say that you get a great tune from an old fiddle.

Well 3 to 5 years older than me is not what I'd consider...an older woman. maybe around 8 to 10 years older.

As for Chris, did he actually said that? I thought he hadn't updated his love quest. Maybe if he writes his requirement right now, it would say 18 to 31?
Though I could see him not wanting anyone way older than him, because HE HAD A DREAM about having his god-given daughter and is not willing to adopt.

Probably something like that. Society seems to have a notion that older men should like younger women, likewise there's a notion that women tend to prefer older men as they're more mature and this permeates the popular culture. So probably that.

Maybe Chris is intimidated by the thought of an older woman who's more experienced than he is.

But like someone said, Chris would probably ignore this in practice.

He still wants the kind of girls he discovered he missed his chance on in high school. I think he may feel he deserves a young girl to some extent. Chris is literally the worst of both worlds, he has the childish attitude of somebody much younger and still lives at home, but he also has the body of a man in his 30's who's spent his whole life with a terrible diet.

But then some women start going for younger and more athletic men when they're in their 30s. Quite often the sex-drives match up better.
