She claims to have been a long-term fan and that Phil had opted for her "girlfriend experience" product.

This is pretty significant because he's currently asking for thousands of dollars to pay off an ambiguous amount of back taxes he claims to owe to Washington because apparently his tax attorney did not tell him that Washington state has corporate income taxes. He has not explained why he so urgently needs money, but has repeatedly made bombastic claims like his house is at risk if he doesn't pay. There is no evidence anything he is saying is true and the mere claim contradicts even a rudimentary understanding of taxes. He doesn't know how much he owes, apparently he doesn't know what a payment plan is, but he's asking for this money anyways.
DSP had posted pictures of the back of a woman's head on Twitter claiming he had a new girlfriend, apparently one from overseas who had to fly in during December ... a claim which lines up perfectly with the Dutch escort and her publicly listed flight itinerary, who has since changed her twitter avatar to confirm that she now has a hair color that matches the girl in DSP's pictures.
People began to pick apart her story to try and disprove what appeared to be an obvious troll post but no one has been able to show any single thing she's said is false. A DSP twitch.tv chat mod and long-time fan decided to take a comment she had made about time spent together, which involved them baking brownies, and ask Phil about it. He had never mentioned brownies in any stream or post or tweet or instagram post to his knowledge, but as soon as the topic of brownies was brought up he confirmed that he and "his girlfriend" had made brownies together. This mod is now convinced of the story and has 'defected' to detractor land.
Why does this even matter?
DSP survives entirely off donations and viewer loyalty from his small but very seriously mentally challenged userbase. One person in particular, @BSV, has single-handedly donated tens of thousands of dollars to DarkSydePhil and in the process of defending him has been accused of very serious things by @FedoraManMan (King of /pol/) which prompted him to retire from his job as a butler. He now apparently survives off welfare and in these months without work has had a visible degradation of person, looking less like the well-groomed butler he was and more like an absolute fucking lunatic.
The amount of actual sacrifice given to support DSP's career as a video game streamer and lets player is fucking incredible, and the idea that he is using this money to fly in import escort girls for thousands of dollars a weekend is a slap in the face to everyone who donates during DSP 'emergency' streams where he claims his house and livelihood are at imminent risk of loss.
The escort girl refuses to give hard evidence of her story and claims that she is contractually obligated to do so. The escort girl claims she and DSP share a two-way non-disclosure agreement which he would invalidate by not paying. She has said January 12th is the deadline for payment to complete the contract, and after that she is free to post anything she likes.
From a personal perspective it's quite clear she's using the Kiwi Farms as a weapon to compel Phil to pay her. Nothing that either she or Phil has said or done in the time since this story came out has done anything to indicate she is not telling the truth.
People richer than me have offered the escort the entirety of what Phil owes (upfront) for only the Twitter DM she has teased at. This DM would verify Phil has been in contact with the escort, and probably that he solicited her. The reason she gives for not wanting to spill hard evidence now is that it would violate the NDA / contract, and she would be blacklisted from her escorting work. The onus falls on Phil to violate the deadline.
