I’m going to be that guy and admit that I’ve never understood the appeal of Radiohead. I’ve never been a fan. As far as “blackest” white band (why would anyone ever want to be labeled as such) goes, why not something like The Dave Matthews Band? They even have a black band member, if I recall.
Radiohead is definitely one of my favorite bands. I'd have to say they're also the most white. Even too white for some of my white friends. Any black person who likes Radiohead is definitely not robbing liquor stores.

-Derives most of their quality from a good producer rather than the songs themselves (like Hip-Hop music)

-Is extremely unproductive and take years to accomplish things

Varg Vikernes did hard prison time for shanking his bandmate and has maintained for decades that he dindu nuffin. Nothing blacker than that.
There is nothing more tedious and painful than a critical deconstruction of an artistic endeavor. Good art either stands or falls on its own merits; endlessly picking it apart in an effort to "understand it more fully" is akin to trying to understand how a car works by reading a list of all of its components.
