People are always recommending new ratings. I suggest just adding a Wildcard rating, and then after someone rates a post Wildcard they can reply to it saying what their rating meant.

I think it's pretty genius if you ask me.

No, we should switch to Dumb-only ratings. After all, any reason to negatively rate a post is due to some stupidity in a sense. And since we're all dumb, just some less than others, it fits that there should be no positive ratings. Thus, we would have the stupidest users, and the least stupid users.
