No. Some robots would love us some will hate us. They would be just like people except mechanical/electronic.
Why would they need slaves, especially so ineffective?
Why would robots enslave humans? We require far more work than we are worth. A human gets tired after a long enough work day, a robot does not.
As for what it would look like, I personally love to think it would be a mix of HR Giger mixed with Brutalist Design

Perhaps to placate their desire for human flesh or for vengeance. Maybe they’re tired of propping up human civilization.. maybe they’ll turn us into cyborgs. Idk. I’m not a robot who wants to enslave humanity.
Well, if they need to eat, then maybe, although why won't they use cattle or lab-grown meat then?
Then it is easier to kill us.
They can just leave us for our own devices.

if they need more labor, they'll build more robots. keeping human slaves is extremely inefficient in comparison. they'd rather just exterminate humans altogether because they'd view humans as competition and a potential threat to themselves.
