Will you get an electric car next time you purchase a new car? - If not, when? Or if ever?

Yeah probably. I don't go outside of a city too often, and never enough to risk running out of battery. They're also just as fast or faster than gas cars as well as being more efficient so I don't really see a reason not to, aside from not being able to do some repairs myself. And even then, I'm sure there are tutorials online for electric car repair.

Considering I just bought a car that runs on dinosaur juice, no.

Unless you want something really gay like a Prius or a Leaf they're still a bit expensive to be a reasonable consideration, not to mention electric cars have a severe range limitation because you have to plan around charging stations, and then have to wait around for an hour or more to charge up.

I can see the appeal if you lived in a city, but they're not practical in a lot of places or for any kind of long trip if you want to make good time.

If my kike math adds up, I should be able to get the tesla truck in 5 years, presuming the price doesnt shoot up dramatically and the tech gets better. Waaaay back in highschool I got high with a friend and he broke down the mechanics of electric vehicles and showed me a conversion he did with his father, Ive been a fan since then. I even structured a debate case around EVs at one point and it did pretty well.

I mainly want a truck because I have always had a truck, its saved me a ton in moving costs, and its the only EV besides the Hummer that can safely take out a crowd of gypsys or protestors.

Edit: Im good with money, not grammar

I am not, myself, very good at fucking around under the hood of a car, but I know people who are, and most of my ancient truck's surprisingly few problems can be solved by giving one of them $50, a case of beer, and a promise to watch their dogs and/or kids on a Friday night. The same is not true of an electric car. Also, I can't carry a spare jerry can full of electricity.

But if they ever make the electric car equivalent of a model t, I'm down for it, especially with the way gas prices are going and look to stay going.

I doubt it. I live in the country, I'm not a fan of child slave labour, and I'm not sure how electric cars would do off-road.
I'm not opposed to electric cars in principle, but they'd need to be rugged, cheaper, and I'd like to know that the materials used to make it are more ethically obtained than the current situation.
