Or you could, maybe, like, not order fast food so often and then maybe you'll have TWO less problems to worry about--fear of failing at fast food AND being a hambeast! But then, there's still takeout or deliver so that probably wouldn't work.
Yanno, I had pretty serious social anxiety when I was younger. (Still do, but to a much lesser extent.) I hated going up and ordering fast food. But I couldn't use the drive through because I'm short and I typically can't reach. So I had to gird my loins and try and get past that fear in order to get my fast food fix.
