I don’t remember. The only female idols they drew were Keqing, Ganyu, Ningguang, and Beidou. I doubt it’s targeted considering Barbara, a white girl, is also absent and she’s canonically an idol.

The hourly character accounts are fairly chill from what I've seen (Granted, the only one I really follow is Hourly Kaeya because I'm a simp) but... yeah, genshintwt is a hellscape. Especially when it comes to shipping. I personally am uncomfortable with Kaeluc, but I'm not gonna go out of my way like some of these people to harass Kaeluc shippers, y'know?

They never seem to realise that everything is highly stylized in animation. White people features are also painted with higher chroma colors rather than realistic hue, skin is pink, blond hair is depicted as bright yellow for exemple, while most natural blonds hairs are a mix of mousy brown and highlights.
Realistic skin isn't uniform, on a pale person you don't have only beige or pink but greys, reds, light purple, even greens. On black skin which is more light reflective you have typically more contrast between dark areas and lights area. With cartoon you simplify all that.

They never seem to realise that everything is highly stylized in animation. Still it looked very unnatural in the screenshot, and its really rare to see that kind of hue on dark skin unless they're in a nightclub or something. It looks like they were in an office building so I don't know why it would make the skin look so off. I know for a fact that tumblrites screech about color theory but throw it all out the window when is comes to dark skinned people. They rarely use proper lighting or hues even in a basic flat drawing of a character.

And yes it's true things can be stylized and/or simplified but it still doesn't change the fact that some people can't color for shit and will make excuses to cover up their blunders. Also the character in the screenshot is Jimmy Olsen...another redhead character race-bended to be black.

I did some digging and it turns out V0IDSPACER got trolled by an eleven-year-old boy on Twitter while they were shilling their Triangulum/Geomatryx community or something like that to Alex Hirsch, creator of Gravity Falls. Apparently it gotten so bad that Alex had to step in, and that boy later griefed their Minecraft server as Void didn't use worldguard.

This person decided to shit on the art of a Japanese artist known for making art inspired by Native American cultures and folklore, and calmly the JP artist requested she not repost their work. As the JP artist is very popular, naturally some of their followers decided to respond to the reposter, and somehow that's the artist's fault despite it being very likely that if the artist commented or DM'd Maple she would have likely pulled the "Well, stop being racist and then I'll delete it" or "I'm native so I can do what I want, you colonizer!!"

As expected, she continued to bitch about this situation for hours after the fact to emphasize how oppressed she is for going out of her way to antagonize people:

Note how replies are locked, lest a Native woman or two spirit exists that will call her out on speaking for everyone in the numerous Native cultures that exist. And funnily enough, some of the people on her side have replied saying "Not all Natives agree with one another!", yet for some reason they still think they must be the only ones in the right?

This is not the first time this artist has been attacked for drawing Native American inspired art, as back in January they made a thread apologizing for possible offense the work may have caused and expressed interest in wanting to learn more to make the work more culturally sensitive and accurate because they genuinely enjoy Native cultures' aesthetics and lore:

It should be noted that the artist mentions in their twitter bio that they only speak Japanese and Simple English, and Japanese being a language with only implied singularity or plurality in words, saying "culture" instead of "cultures" would be an incredibly easy mistake to make. Leave it to the race warriors to be racist towards someone that can't 100% fluently make an address on an incredibly complex topic.

I remember that. Then it had people larping and saying "I'm Native American, dis offends me, draw Japanese people instead." Kind of people while real Native American people were pretty happy with the artist's works and wanted to see more. This reminds me of some Animal Crossing tard who said using "Savage" offended Native Americans.

I honestly don't understand why half these people are all "O I WILL OFFEND EVR1 FOR USING DA WRONG WORD!" Savage itself is a slang term I heard on the internet.
