Alright, I know that it's very unlikely that he'll ever have it done, but 41% of transgendered Americans attempt suicide. Furthermore, Phil is already prone to suicidal ideations, and let's be frank, he has very few prospects in life unless he seriously turns himself around. So given all of this, I believe that the biggest threat to his life, after his poor hygiene and his tendency to spout off to complete strangers is actually getting his surgery.

Phil's view of being trans is pretty bizzare now that I think about it, in a lot of ways it reminds me of Chris and his old mentality on getting a girlfriend. Phil basically sees it as the one thing that will fix every single problem he has. He'll magically be able to ride a bike and fufill his sad little dream, people will finally recognize him as a woman on sight, and everything will be perfect. But since he believes that getting his dick chopped off will solve everything overnight, he refuses to actually work on any of these problems, so his life continues to be shitty over incredibly minor stuff.

As others have said up thread, Phil won't commit suicide. Phil is a narcissist who cynically uses threats of suicide to emotionally manipulate people (and for ass pats of FB). After all this time (and I've lost track of the number of empty suicide threats) you'd think his idiot 'friends' would have wised up (although it seems like they're starting to catch on).

Phil will keep threatening suicide as long as he gets the desired response.
