In California, you can't waive child support (based on my Google search), because it's in the best interest of the child. Also, California is the bluest state in the country, so of course the father is always going to get fucked over even if he's a saint and the mother is a criminal felon druggie. Ralph has zero chance, especially since he's not a saint to put it lightly.

I think the IRS arc might be a little different than you guys are expecting. We're talking about a guy that doesn't pay off his student loans. I'm putting money on he doesn't file taxes. I hope this comes out in court if Vickers presses for child support. It would just be rich to get the IRS involved for back taxes on top of losing in family court.

It's possible to have full custody and still receive child support. Paying child support doesn't buy you any time with the child.

Family court is a place where a lot of the law and pretenses of fairness are thrown out in favor of a judge's whims. I don't think full custody for fai fai, child support for fat retard is an overly difficult sell, particularly in California
