Family court is a place where a lot of the law and pretenses of fairness are thrown out in favor of a judge's whims. I don't think full custody for fai fai, child support for fat retard is an overly difficult sell, particularly in California

I said this before on xander's thread and I will say it again.
If the Vickers got any brains left, they will reject ralph's money and push him out of Faith and Xander's life, a few thousand bucks a month is not worth having the gunt in your life.

He'll absolutely drag Ralph into court. Vickers is only interested in pwning Ralph as hard as he can to make up for his massive failure as a parent. He is in many ways similar to Ralph, and I think he'll be just as petty. He'll try and drag Ralph into court not for the money or the principle or so that poor Xander will have his father in his life, but so that he can stick it to Ralph one last time. Which should get really ugly for our gunt, as a small single mother raising her baby boy away from a fat disgusting criminal with a rap sheet like Ralphs will absolutely curry favor with the judge. Gunt does not have a degree, he never obtained that Bachelor's in PolSci (not real science). There's a lot of speculation to why, some say he didn't pay fees, some say he failed subjects, some claim it's a combination of both or student loan related, who cares. Bottom line, he has no degree.

So according to this website, the child support payment laws of both states use the same model to determine monthly payments. That's a nice $17556 a year!
