If you don't know or care (Like I do) Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has released but that doesn't mean its had its share of criticism, if you can call it that. After the mass amounts of people crying about censorship of the western release of Xenoblade Chronicles X, it seems Monolithsoft, the people who made the game, realized their flub and decided to go balls and tits out.
SPOILERS IN THE FOLLOWING VIDEO!!
This video contains all the hidden blades and some of them are rather skimpy. And some of them are also men. From the day of the game's reveal to now, people have complained about the designs of characters, specifically this redheaded... sword.
One side of this coin, the people who enjoy this kind of design, either joked or seriously said "yeah thigh bulge is great!"
However...
The post that started a meme about the character designs. Essentially, what they dd was literally cover up her skin and shrink her breasts. People made the artist take the piss after finding out the artist makes bara and made more jokes about "making characters less ugh" by either ruining characters by removing key features (Examples that I'd include if they existed would be something like Jojo's characters without the rigid lines, or Mario without his moustache.)
There has been much salt that has lead up to this moment, and if you haven't known about it in full you may have seen it in other threads such as the Neogaf threads where they say the character above is the epitoome of hentai designs (ironic because the person drawing all this stuff is a hentai artist.)
Mods: I'm sorry if there's not a lot of info. My current PC is dead and I don't have much stuff to do screencaps and such. I'm using a back up PC with state of the art 1 gig of ram and there's constant freezing on this thread creation post. Sorry if the lack of salt is bad and there isn't much to go with.
