Following a long-term diet, I basically lost interest in eating, let alone deriving enjoyment hereof, so the natural solution was going vegan. Adding on that, blending up shit seemed like a good alternative to make nutrition even less interesting.
I've only started doing smoothies for breakfast and honestly can't tell if they're filling or not. Anyone got some tried-and-true recipes that don't require 10 cans of ingredients from each corner of the world?
I mostly do oats, fruits and nuts as per current day, but it piqued my interest doing greens in the future. Is anything actually lost during the blending process in terms of contents? Can't imagine oats are as much of a slow burn when blended into mush.
