Your honour and ladies and gentlemen of the jury, my client absolutely did not get an erection around Miriam Yaniv. We have undeniable evidence that this is physically impossible.

Please look at the board at exhibit A
*points at a blown up image of Yanniv*

That is all, the defense rests.

Why did I just get an image of Velvet T. Jones & his book "So you wanna be a ho?" ?
"Yo honor, she too damn ugly to be a ho"

I've seen horrors… horrors that you've seen.

It's seriously fucked that the court system can be abused and clogged in such a way. Yaniv really needs to be declared a vexatious litigant and barred from abusing the system/resources.

Also, the whole "legal advocate" thing is a new tactic antifa and the extreme left have been doing lately. It's trying to skirt the line so they can insert themselves into a situation but not actually claim to be a lawyer without a license. It's on the same level as Antifa members claiming to be "medics" when they're there to protest with the rest and "de-arrest" any fellow protestors.

Speaking of stink, @WGkitty warned us never to get in an elevator with John.
Had the Yanivs emerged millennia ago, blotting the pages of pre-Christian Mediterranean history with their wretched and unwelcome presence, they might have found themselves the seeds of inspiration for a mythological clan of foul-smelling ogre-like creatures, in the same way that Medusa was probably just an unattractive and unkempt woman, whose dreadlocks resembled snakes.

It's never too late for that.

The comma goes after Simpson you retard.

Why the fuck would you convert an adjective into a verb then convert it back to a participle (adjective) when it was already an adjective in the first place? Also, you don't need "also" in that sentence.

Okay, I am done correcting comma mistakes.

"The Residence" isn't a proper noun, why is it capitalized?
View attachment 2223472
The verb happened in the past so use the past tense.

"You are under arrest for mental health" is a retarded sentence. Also, "Miriam was not experiencing a mental health crisis".

The conjunction goes at the end of the list.

Technically you can use the same transition word twice in a row but that doesn't mean you should.

You can just say causing lacerations, you have already established the object of the sentence through context clues.

This is a run-on sentence.

Use where instead of in which.

"ambulance" isn't in the vocative case so it requires an article.
View attachment 2223515
The second to last clause in this sentence is redundant.

"and Jessica, upon seeing Miriam, took photos of her injuries".

For all Yaniv's bitching about pronouns on Twitter, she sure doesn't seem very good at using them.

This is not how you use lists.

Why is the "I" in "in" capitalized?
agree with every bit except....stuff will be capitalised in legal documents if it's a defined term, usually found all together in a specific section but he seems to be doing it mid flow with the brackets. not sure of canadian rules re defined terms in a a legal document and can't be arsed looking it up. it may not be best practice format wise but it is a valid use of a capitalisation.

just to keep things balanced

jonathan yaniv is fat is rubbish at grammar IN A LEGAL DOCUMENT OF ALL PLACES and i would not sex him.

I looked for info on Ilana (after seeing an LR tweet about Ilana trying to sue ToL). In August 2020 she claimed she didn't work due to disabilities and Covid. Claims to receive $1,200 income assistance per month (of which $700 goes to rent and the remainder goes on food costs and has only $100 in the bank.

However, in this recent claim, 2021, she (and her trout of a sister) is claiming for

What fecking loss and what future loss of earnings? Does no one in the courts take the time to check these claims with bank accounts/employment details etc?

Has jonathan yaniv's familiar legal expertise and same old whines written all over it. "Endangerment" my arse.

That family is determined to get $35000 out of someone, anyone. It's almost like there's an in-house competition to see who gets that elusive $35000 first. No idea if the claim is still ongoing or she's done a yaniv and withdrawn. <shrugs>

The doozy is when asked for her telephone number she types in "I AM DEAF".
