In Canada to change your gender you go to the local "Services Canada" outlet in your town and say you want to change your gender to female on your birth certificate and they say "ok that'll be 55 dollars."

When Lauren Southern did it you still had to get a doctors note which is now not needed. Even then she was still able to get a doctors note from a walk in free clinic then go to services Canada and change her gender in the course of about 4 hours

If anyone was in doubt, intersex conditions don't work the way Yaniv claims. People don't have a genital sex, a chomozonal sex, a hormonal sex etc. Everyone's male or female and some have a disorder of sex development (DSDs) which get grouped together as "intersex", but most of these DSDs only affect one sex or the other.

Jessica's ORIGINAL said male. Funny thing about birth certificates, they say sex, as in biological sex, not gender. Even in crazy Canada and British Columbia.
However the law was altered quite recently to allow a transgender person to erase their biological sex and deadname and get a new birth certificate based on that.
What was the justification for that? I know in the UK, when the Gender Recognition Act was brought in in 2004, the reason was that same-sex marriage wasn't legal (and wouldn't be for another 10 years) so they came up with this fudge to let about 5,000 or so HSTS marry their boyfriends, and even said at the time that it was a "legal fiction", but worth it to avoid legalising gay marriage. But Canada already has gay marriage, so why bother?

His definition of primary and secondary sex characteristics is also incorrect. He states that chromosomal assignment is the primary indicator and genitalia are the secondary. Secondary characteristics are the changes and developments to the genitalia and body and are influenced by the hormones present during puberty. JY is fully biologically male, regardless of whether he is currently on HRT or not.
If the string of lies about medical conditions continues, I strongly believe that JY is going to try and sue a paramedic for malpractice. If he IDs himself as female to canuck 911, those poor medics are either going to be walking on eggshells to avoid a discrimination suit or treating him as they would a female patient and risking malpractice suits. It's no different than people who lie about medical diagnoses and cannot receive proper treatment because of the medics' concerns of medication interference. Name changes are slightly more forgiving from a medical standpoint if every document has been converted to the new name and the patient's contacts are aware of the new name.
