Christ. Like women don't have enough shit in their lives.Umm, not bloody likely. In Canadian jails you're housed according to your junk.Although, he might actually get a crude castration as part of the welcoming party, which will alter his lower outfit.
EDIT:
Whoops, things changed.

EDIT2: Thought it thru. He'll be treated with Kid Gloves, and the bitch will still whine.
Toronto Sun writes about Yaniv's arrest. They're excluded from archive so here's the original. The latest twist is that a "friend" gave Jon the weapons as the "friend" was concerned about his safety.

Heck no. I don't even want that pervert to be breathing my air eitherWould anyone want that freak handling their food or their money?
No. In Canada, they'd have to get another warrant to seize his tech and search it for the CP and THEN file CP charges.
So, for those not understanding why the RCMP would be camped out so long, I'll break it down.
John's stungun is illegal in Canada. Because the Langley detachment members not only knew he had it, but gave him advise on how to use it to circumvent the law, they can't be trusted to execute their duties in relation to John. This necessitates bringing in the boys from up the road. They would toss the apartment to find the stungun, but since recovering from a room and not from a person, they can't prove who actually had it.
Now, the RCMP could TECHNICALLY just search the internet for an archive to present as evidence, but then he'd only go down for possession. However, they likely got a warrant to search his computers to check his internet history to trace where he purchased the stungun from. If the RCMP are also seeking evidence regarding something else like CP, they would have to petition the courts for a separate warrant to seize his computers and search them for CP.
If I were to speculate, they're using the search warrant relating to the stungun as a cover to look for other stuff. The longer it takes them to fail to find any prohibited weapons, and his prior ownership of pepper spray justifies a thorough search of the apartment to find any OTHER weapons besides the stungun he showed off, the longer they have to hold the apartment and look for other stuff.
Same thing applies to drugs or evidence for any other sort of charges. So, if in the process of searching his apartment for weapons they find a bag of pills in his dresser, they have to leave it in place and explain in an application for a warrant that in the process of serving a different warrant they found drugs. IF that warrant is then issued they could seize the drugs and file charges with the crown.
If, in trying to trace the purchase of his stungun through his internet history they discovered CP or anything else illegal, they technically can't remove those files from his computer until they have a warrant to do so as those files are technically his property. They also can't hold his computer full of illegal files while waiting for a warrant. So, raiding his computer for a copy of the video showing him brandishing the stungun gives them an excuse to dig through the rest of the hard drive, and doing it on site while also executing another search warrant enables them to prevent John from deleting any illegal files before the RCMP can get a warrant for their seizure. This would be why they didn't just scoop his computers and search for what they want in their office.
The take away from all of this is that Canadian laws cuck everyone who isn't a criminal. You're not allowed to use force to protect yourself, nor can you possess functional weapons except for hunting or competition shooting, and competition weapons must be stored at a gun range. The police also can do very little about crime without jumping through a fuck ton of hoops to prove to the courts that a crime has actually occurred unless they witnessed it themselves. Basically, the executive branch of the federal government holds all the cards, and the only real way to improve police effectiveness is to increase manpower, which increases taxes.
Canada as a nation should probably have a thread tbh.
You can own pepper spray. it's only illegal to use on humans.
Laws in Canada are written around intent. Not the object itself. (Exceptions being outright banned items like switch blades)
For all those frustrated by the fact that Yaniv hasn’t been Nick Bate’d yet, just remember something: Yaniv is already a metaphorical dead man walking, he just doesn’t realize it. Even his present contact with the police will keep him from ever getting near children in a professional setting, and may prevent him from being gainfully employed ever again.
When you start a new job in Canada, it is fairly routine to get a criminal records check. Some employers waive this, some don’t, but it is still standard. What most don’t know is that there are different flavours of records check. The standard one simply checks to see if you have a criminal record — meaning, specifically, a conviction, as well as details like the circumstances, how long ago it was, etc. Note that the key here is a criminal conviction. If you shoplift at a Walmart, get busted by an officer, arrested, charged, fingerprinted, the whole shebang, but the charges are dismissed in your court appearance (which happens often), you technically have no criminal record.
The other kind of records check is what is know as a “vulnerable sector” check, which is always done for individuals working with children, elderly, the infirm, and those intellectually diminished (aka the vulnerable sector). This looks at EVERYTHING. Every record of your contact with police is laid bare and examined item by item. Called the cops on a noisy neighbour? That’s in there. Traffic stop where you’ve been breathalyzed, but blew negative? That’s in there as well. Typically what they are looking for is what they term “negative police contact”, but your entire life’s record of your interaction with police is still there.
Certain businesses will offer “pardons” or destruction of your records after a certain period of years (3 or 5 for example), but generally these will remove certain things like fingerprint records, but not everything. Also, American Border Patrol absolutely refuses to acknowledge the validity of Canadian pardons, so good luck trying to drive through the border. If Yaniv ever applied for a job involving children, or even a volunteer position of some kind, he would be immediately refused. His record is just that radioactive. And there’s nothing he can do about it.
Short version of the story: Yaniv may cluck and caw on Twitter about being an invincible trans juggernaut, but his life as a productive, free citizen is already over. He’s just too stupid to realize it.
Let’s hope McDonald’s is hiring
>Mentally unstable. This is already a moral victory as far as I'm concerned. He's been outed as being mentally unstable/violent/pedo/groomer and best of all won't STFU about using troon powers to justify his acts legally and morally. This is exactly what boomers warned us about mentally ill faggots exploiting lgbtomgwtfbbq-shit for personal/pedo reasons. Anything after this like actual criminal charges is just a bonus. Everyone who ever googles his real name or current fake name is going know about and his tranny jihad.
I thoroughly enjoy that all the articles about this are using top tier hilarious screencaps from the stream. The potato with the off-center wig next to Blaire White looking some mixture of confused and horrified.Toronto Sun writes about Yaniv's arrest. They're excluded from archive so here's the original. The latest twist is that a "friend" gave Jon the weapons as the "friend" was concerned about his safety.

So Yaniv sent CP to the Toronto Sun? What a special individual!
Has Yaniv ever actually had a job? Like the kind of job where you have to submit a W-2 and Social Security number?
I ask because that guy reeks of long-term unemployability. I know they hire tards and troons at McDonald's, but that dude is not going to be slanging fries out of that scootypuff with his fake tits hanging out and that tiara on his head. With his alleged history of seizures, I don't think that fuck could get a job sorting recycling down at the dump. Though getting his ball gown caught in some heavy machinery does sound like a fitting end.
We should move this to the canadian law thread, because the Colton Boushie decision revealed some details about Canadian "castle" law and manslaughter charges that most people don't know.So many innaccuracies above. It's rather obvious you're not Canadian (or one that lives under a rock).
1 - If, during the course of investigation the RCMP find other damning/incriminating evidence - they can indeed use that to formulate an investigation/case. They're not allowed to go fishing, but stumbling across something nasty in - say - one's browser history while looking for something else in one's browser history is still valid.
2 - Canadians almost always store their firearms at home. In a safe, with a triggerlock. Most who own firearms usually own more than one. Restricted firearms can only be used at a private range. But as I said - I'm quite well within my legal rights to take my Barrett .50-cal rifle out to the bush and go plinking with it.
3 - You can most definitely use force to protect yourself. You can't instigate, but the law (in layman's terms) is "as much force is necessary to stop the attacker". We don't have stand-your-ground here. You must try to leave, but can most certainly defend yourself against continued attack. Corollary - we have castle doctrine. You can use force, possibly lethal force, to defend your home and its occupants.
Note that the key here is a criminal conviction. If you shoplift at a Walmart, get busted by an officer, arrested, charged, fingerprinted, the whole shebang, but the charges are dismissed in your court appearance (which happens often), you technically have no criminal record.
I hope he gets a script for Ambien.
The take away from all of this is that Canadian laws cuck everyone who isn't a criminal.
Unless it’s some major designer label, that rubbish frock did NOT cost a grand. He had at least two real jobs. One at a Shaw Cable Tier-1 call center in 2010. A former co-worker came here to inform us he was a useless sweating potato that didn't make probation. He also had one at an Internet marketing company as an SEO specialist in 2017-2018. The latter's owner doxed himself initially to come here and say there are no current ties with them and Jon after someone doxed his company based on a screenshot of Jon's phone captured during the Blaire livestream.
Jon's stated that he's not on disability and bought the scooty puff with his own money. He certainly seems to have disposable income for his whims--he says the ballgown cost over a grand, the pictures over three grand. He and Miriam's condo have a combined value of around $650K. If the family house was paid off and flipped, Miriam could have bought both for cash. They could probably get a $250K second but with the way Jon's been spending, which is now gonna include a nice fat legal bill, that's unlikely to last more than a couple years.
And yet Canada has a ridiculously lower crime rate than the US. The US has had more gun deaths in the last week than Canada gets in an average year. Not quite sure what the anti-Canada comments have to do with JY or his arrest but if you really want to believe Canadian laws are inferior, then by all means, enjoy your international travel plans.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go to the ER and have my hurt feelings checked out using some of our free healthcare.
Hopefully I don't run into JY who travels by ambulance to get his hurt feelings checked out. He hasn't been in the hospital in days so he's probably due. (<-- See how this is back on topic?)
