I suppose it depends on eg what debt they had when they sold the Greenside property, for all we know they could have had sizable debts when selling therefore unable to put down a decent sized "deposit" on either condo.

No idea what miriam's financials are like but fat boy is drowning atm.

Debt is stressful but I wonder if it even bothers him. I don't think he'll truly realize the magnitude of his situation until his condo is sold off. And even then he'll play it off as downsizing and embracing minimalism.

He won't play it off as downsizing......It's further proof of how he's being victimized by society.

and it looks like Jonathan is dropping two lolsuits against two immigrant women, so either he's hurting for money so bad that he literally can't keep his lolsuits going, or he found a more fruitful avenue to be a public leech. Perhaps JY found some fresh victims that the kangaroo court won't protect from a sleazy obese predator like him?

Honestly, I would feel almost sorry for Yaniv if he wouldn't had shown such eagerness to gladly cause massive stress to other people (the waxing cases because fat loaf of a man coming in for dick waxing to your home when your kids play on next room isn't concerning at all) or lie & screw people over to get some fast money (suing neighbors to get fast buck because its great to live with people who probably talk to other neighbors and they talk to more neighbors and its gonna be fun when they all hate your ass). Like situation seems sad as hell and will for sure screw his future, but god damn it, did the diddling asshole have it coming.

Idk how the system works in America/Canada, but it boggles my mind how he have managed to live with credit card moneys as long he has. I feel uncomfortable alone when I do my small orders and need to pay the morbid interests on my (one) credit card.
