Only thing I have my doubts over is there is none of the lgbtq2s+ , #loveislove and #loveisages crap. Plus it has been registered since 2016. Though could be a old sockpuppet he has dusted off and was used for past harassment or to promote his business.
Possibly, looking at tweet history, using it to troll as a person of color.

I’d recognize this lake anywhere (I’m a Texas Native) that’s Lake Corpus Christi. You forget that in Texas all four seasons are basically summer. If you really zoom in a lot of those trees are dead mesquites.
