Family & Friends? Probably mild disappointment/ surprise but probably nothing that would have a long lasting effect. If anything my family would probably be more upset that I spend so much time on this website instead of doing something more productive rather then be upset about what I post here.
Employer? I dunno, if we're still assuming that the stuff here is only available to them and not everyone else they probably wouldn't get too upset at anything so long as it didn't end up being connected to the work place somehow, now if it was made public for everyone that might be different. While I haven't really said anything hyper-damning, even here (just because I have a certain level of anonymity is no excuse to be an ass or a degenerate), I definitely have made and agreed with a few opinions that go against public opinion (especially in recent weeks), so yeah, that might land me in hot water. But even then, I haven't posted anything illegal or any porn here, so it probably depends on whether someone throws a fuss or not.

But yeah, family and friends wouldn't be at all surprised, because we've very similar opinions. No SO or employer, so no issues either.
My last employer wouldn't mind, pretty much everyone at my workplace hated the chosen people and the rapefugees.

She'll never be fat. Last time she made the comment and I reached for my phone she said "Don't go showing me pictures of the lady with the forhead boobs!"
