The problem is just that. Chet is a retard trying to be the next Chris Hanson without taking the proper steps that Chris did that made TCAP popular and well-respected. This OP shows that he has done very questionable things that can potentially land him in hot water such as entrapment or endangerment of a child (though it seems like that already happened with him saying 2 were assaulted). Also, a 17yo is still technically a child by federal law even if the age of consent in certain states are 16 or 17.

Reminds me of the obsession that some autists have with tornado alarms or fire alarms. A hyper fixation on a singular type of noise generator seems to be decently common. I guess it's not that much different than the train fans.

I'm very concerned about this.

Okay, I reported on two users on YT as spam, the user who uses .wmv filenames on videos and the user who uses .mp4 filenames on videos, I Looks like I did the right thing on these channels with default filenames on their videos.
