from what I am aware, and not a legal eagle, a person can go file a police report in their state, and the state of the offender has to deliver them to the state, if the da wants to press charges.feds can also get involved because interstate, really the nsa glow niggers log stuff we do, I'd imagine if pressure really built they could have federal charges instead of regular charges.

Personally, I don't think his avatar being very marketable is part of the reason - It's not really a stand out design. And while he does review stuff, he isn't as much of a cartoon reviewer - Take for example LS Mark, who essentially got the same plushie as Just Stop, people would be more willing to purchase a plushie of him, because that's what his audience would want.

Granted, it's not impossible for a commentator to get a plushie made of them and have it be successful - Ya just need the right design.

And, uh, not be generic.

Merchandise is a weird thing with youtubers, but it can work - I mean, you need only look at former commentator turned douche-bag Imallexx with his crappy "internet sensation" or Dream and his merch, which at this point I will fight anyone who says it isn't a scam.

Another factor is that there are NUMBERS involved. Even if you had a fraction of your audience liking this sort of thing, when you're around Dream's or Imallexx's size, you'd still be able to rake it in on that minority.

Just Stop, sadly, doesn't have those numbers.
