Anybody notice that iilluminaughtii's channel is slowly dying? For someone who has over 800k subs, I'd expect her to pull in more views but lately they are becoming less and less. Her videos were always a hit or miss but at least once it was a hit, the video would reach over 400k now they barely go past 100k on a good day. I guess her greedy decision to pump out more videos a week for coin didn't go as planned?

Regurgitating content that every other channel has done and most likely done better, like Nara dreamland and the fact Tumblr has been dead for like 4 years kinda dries up people like this content unless they just keep retreading the exact same shit.

Burnout. Not just for creators, but also for their audiences. Most of the time when it comes to creative output, your audience isn't just there for you, they have a ton of other youtubers. It's kinda the same effect as the Game Grumps, since there are so many other creators who are out there. As a youtuber, you need to be able to have a consistent upload, but if you overload your audience, eventually they're gonna stop wanting to listen to you.

There's a reason why Bingewatching can get people burned, and the same can apply to youtubers and their content.

Not to mention, this isn't anything that's really... Entertaining. Not that entertainment is necessary for the type of videos that she puts out, but if you were into this sort of content, would you ever come back to watch the video she just put out? Like... A week later? A month later?

Her content has gotten really stale now. She is not personable. She releases 35 - 40 minute videos every other day on issues other Youtubers have done to death, full of stock images with her shit avatars animation as an overlays. People would rather s quick 15 minute video or a 90 minute proper deep dive. I do like most of the topics she covers but I try to avoid her because she's a nasty bitch.

Does anyone know anything surrounding this drama? It looks like Harley is beginning to just become a tea channel disguised as commentary given how some of his videos are about canceling people or bringing up drama over drawings. How do people really care about this kind of stuff? Is that even a good look to bring up drama about an artist having morally questionable artwork to "cancel" them while you have people that've actually done questionable or illegal shit to minors and actually abused other people?

Drew Gooden, Danny Gonzalez and Kurtis Conner were what Cody Ko and Noel Miller was supposed to be before Cody and Noel started a podcast. Now I just look at those three as guys that could have found success being workers at Buzzfeed.

I'm not sure, seems like stupid Tumblr furry drama but I've noticed that he's been on this kick trying to take people down by rallying others to cancel them in community posts or so Twitter posts. He's basically at this point on the way to becoming another tea channel.

The funny part is that Harley constantly whines on Twitter on a daily basis on people trying to cancel him, yet he does the very same thing in his videos.

His now deleted video on loli =/= cp has been giving him some heat, among other things such as posting videos with little research on a topic.
