To my understanding it seems like a majority of Toon's former friends were unaware of the pedo stuff. He's been in trouble for inappropriate behavior with other people but not full on pedo shit. The one who gets the majority of the flak for "covering it up" seems to be Josh Scorcher but I don't buy that he wanted to cover it up. From what I saw they wanted to gather evidence so they could make a full detailed report to the FBI. That would require Toon not catching on and building up his defenses and gathering fan support.
Upon searching up more detail, it turns out PedoKritic actually had his OC modeled and made for Garry's Mod/Source Filmmaker thanks to RainbineDashie making him back around 2015/2016

Whilst we can provide kudos to Josh and co for trying(Christianity spergery aside). The truth is that on the internet, leaks are bound to happen, otherwise, this thread would not exist. Hell, the fact that ToonyZak is no longer online AND is not going to make a complete arse of himself again[or at least, in the near future] should also be a commendation on our end, again, fans are usually the first to condemn and the last to investigate. So in lieu of the leaks occurring, as well as said info reaching these forums, we chose to investigate first. It is evident in the pages and pages of evidence which is now both archived and publically available for all to view independently for themselves.
Granted, there are people such as Jerry and his cabal of like-minded acolytes who have a hate-boner for Josh and others with whom he associates and in ToonyZak's case, once associated with but has now cut all ties with. [EDIT]'And despite this, they will never accept anything from Josh and co regardless of the shit they had to deal with in the past month(on the first month of a NEW YEAR no less).[EDIT] However, whilst it is funny to see the whole thing turn out the way it did, it was NEVER our intention to cause harm to those affected by ToonyZak's behaviour and manipulation. This thread was primarily focused on Zak and his aforementioned autism(as well as laugh at him for it). So that's semi-clear in this regard.
As for the "forgiveness" issue in general, that ship has long sailed into the seas of despair. Even before the leaks and this thread came to be. Zak was done for by his own deviancy.

Those are actually quite easy to make if you have a basic art program and time to watch a tutorial or two. I made some for friends a few years ago, though I didn't show them off or anything.
If you wanna be all symbolic and shit, you could easily make a KF themed character and have it beat the shit out of TK. The animation would be the real time consuming part.
This is why I like Josh. He admits when he fucked up and is willing to swallow his pride and thank someone that has done so much shit to him. Admittedly, I watched his videos before he ever got into MLP, back when he just made videos about gaming and being in the military. (Hell, he's the reason I wanted to play Shadow of the Colossus, and I finally get to, thanks to the remake) What you see in this video is the person he's always been, at least as long as I've watched him.

I'm so glad he's not using a silly pony persona. I think they all should have handled it this way. Maybe not face cam if you are a shy/private person. But just...don't use your pony persona. Film some grass or a tree or ongoing traffic or a wall. Anything to make it clear that this is a real world issue.
So it was exactly what I thought it was- Josh and co wanted to keep this situation quiet because the media circus would be completely destructive to everything they were trying to setup (getting toons confession and turning himself in) and to everyone involved, especially the victims who where were told that they were going to have their stories handled properly, but now have to make videos in tears talking about their situation because that trust was broken by this getting out too early.
But what Jerry Peet would like us all to believe is that this man, who might I add is so faithful to his religious upbringing that in spite of being a 30 year old with military experience he refuses to say even the tamest of profanity like "shit", is actually disingenuous, highly malicious, and would prefer to keep a fucking pedophillia scandal in a large community under the rug and that Josh getting pissed at those allegations is damning proof of such.

As for Josh, I remember when Peet started going after him, Peet's 8chan thread exploded. After a while, Josh got word of it and saw that pretty much ALL of us were defending him. He shocked everyone by announcing that he was posting a video and thanked us for supporting him. He soon mentioned that thread on his Tumblr, confirming that it really was him. Hell, pretty much everyone was surprised at the level of support Josh was getting on 8chan.
The only people who believe that Josh was trying to cover this shit up are Peet and his little fantards. Anyone else can clearly see what he was trying to accomplish.
