It's not been proven, but it's been said that Toon is going to therapy. The problem is that he had insisted he was getting therapy for ages prior to this, but he still tried to diddle a kid, so his word means nothing.

No. Charged with what? He didn't do enough to get prosecuted. He's a douche and a creep, but you have to have committed enough of a crime for a prosecutor to want to bother with it, since trials do cost money after all.

I watched this whole little scandal from the perspective of a complete outsider (I think I stumbled upon his Skype confession while idly searching for "To Catch a Predator" vids, and got sucked in because that Skype call was just so wtf-hilarious) One thing I noted was that a lot of Bronies (I will resist generalizing too much) seemed to have a very limited understanding of how the law works.

It's been almost a year, and since then there hasn't been any criminal charges against him. As much as it pisses me off to say it, I don't think he'll be getting charged with anything.

Unfortunately, in many cases it can be hard to get enough evidence to press charges, especially if the CSA occurred abroad since the police are next to useless in some countries, organized crime is very good at covering up, and some countries have no CP/anti-CSA laws or very weak ones that are rarely or never enforced.
