BioZombie
from Hong Kong, it's basically Clerks Of The Dead, two schmucks work at the local bootleg vcd store at the mall dicking around on their saturn and being rude to the customers when they're not running errands for local mob, then zombies happen
Train To Busan
from loser nerd south Korea that's never even touched a Juche boob, angry fast zombies happen
Seoul Station
animated prequel to Train To Busan

Not from Asia but I downloaded Contagion in honor of the Chink virus, it's based on the previous SARS outbreak. It's a pretty good movie although I have a autismo obsession with movies like this:

I'll keep going though. There's Junk.

It's not good but two things that are interesting: the zombies are based on the kind of zombies seen in Fulci's films and it steals music from Zombi 3.

I heard a sequel was being made.

While not a work from Asia, the zombie virus from World War Z came from Asia. In fact, in the original novel, the virus came from China and like the Coronavirus in some degree, was covered up by the government.

I thought it was from Japan doing Japanese things back in WW2? Or am I getting my many zombie “lore” books from the mid 2000’s mixed up.

I think you are thinking of Gyo by Junji Ito, which the virus causing the fishes to walk is the result of Japanese science during WWII.

Don’t think it was that, had todo with the Japanese parachuting zombies into Vietnam, or it might have been the Chinese that did it. Honestly I don’t remember

Bio-Zombie is my favorite Asian zombie movie. Never seen it subbed, only dubbed (and cue my surprise when I recognized three of the four voices right off the bat).

It's not very outbreak-y but... asian zombie movie, close enough.
I loved this one when I was a kid and haven't seen it since, so it might actually be shit. I think I got it off Soulseek or something.

Versus is fun, probably one of the quintessential Ryuhei Kitamura movies of spinning around with guns and swords while looking cool.

These days I'd probably rank Train To Busan as a better zombie movie, but I have more fun watching Biozombie.
