I'm not sure if "Lionel MGTOW" is what he calls himself in the first ten seconds of this video or what but it's what I heard him say, and his icon is a lion so I guess this makes sense?

That aside, this guy seems to be a rather new lolcow on the MGTOW/Loveshy scene that I discovered via a commentary by youtuber Harmful Opinions on his new channel called Cyber Violence. But this Lionel guy doesn't have much in the way of content so far but it's already pretty funny.

He's another one of these fuckwits that films all of his videos inside his cars and/or walking outside in some field or forest while rambling about retarded shit.

He started out uploading gameplay footage.

Honestly, he strikes me as distinctly mediocre. There are dozens of MGTOW that are pretty much exactly like him--rambling videos recorded in their shitty cares about how women suck preceded by a bunch of videos about crappy videogames or something. It's like these morons are mass-produced in a factory (which is especially ironic considering how much hay they make out of "male individuality" or whatever).
