It's probably just bandwagon hopping. I personally am fascinated by Mark's recent works lately such as his vehicles mods and such. Makes me hopeful for a Twisted Metal Doom mod or something should things like tight-turning and braking be implemented.

are there some other reasons why they hate Brutal Doom? Aside from the author not crediting anyone he's taken stuff from, not being PC and the BD fanboys.

I've seen complaints about Brutal Doom being unbalanced in its gameplay, though I personally have never had issue with that. I also hear that BD's code is sloppy and very inefficient.

For myself, I just got bored of it. The last time I played it was the Hell on Earth Starter Pack. BD works for maps made with it in mind, but I'm not interested in using it with vanilla wads.

That's the only problem that I had with BD. It gets boring pretty quick. But yeah, his vehicle mod is worth taking a look for and hope someone takes a look on it and create a multiplayer version since that would be pretty sick.

I'd thought I'd ask since I've seen Tormentor667, the guy who owns Realm 667 talk about him even on his site IIRC and it seems like he doesn't even have anything to do with Mark at all.

From what I heard on YouTube, SgtMarkIV did a "DO IT FAGGOT" by posting instructions on a doomworld thread where the OP was suicidal, and the forum decided to crusify him for that. There are a few other grievances I heard of in rants on demonizing him, including using other peoples sprites in his mod and a comment saying somthing like "how to turn a white guy into a nigger" in the scripting for the plasma gun.

There were three main incidents with him. First was him using deciding to use photos of real blood and gore (from accidents and severe injuries) in the next BD update (he wound up making it optional), then using "nigger" in code comments, and finally giving a forum user instructions on how to commit suicide. His general replies to it all were basically, "I'm sorry you got offended."
Think there were YouTube comments and whatnot he made that pissed people off, but the most public ones were the above three.

Bootyass Fields is pretty much one of the last bastion of non-tard segments of it left, and it's just a shitty proboards forum. If anyone is chimping out or anything they're just shitposting or satirizing other people chimping out and whatnot.

Just to confirm:
Neither of the Columbine shooters is known to have made any wad file based on their school. Some may have been made after that date, but not by them.
One of them was working on a mod called Tier. Very little about it is known. The files are believed to be completely lost.
