Knockout (or until 2019 Facepunch) is a declining community once built around Garrys mod and now cantered around validating trannies. While once a major forum with some cultural influence in the early 10s, its now a virtual nonentity populated by people who have fallen into masturbation and nostalgia. Over 90% of the userbase were there ten years ago, and in the intervening years have picked up hobbies such as crossdressing, porn, and drugs to stave off the inevitable.

Most of the users are either has-beens who once made memes like the subway porn edits or are instead powertripping janitors who enforce the modern orthodox line. This is to say that they ban people constantly, constantly insult and berate their userbase, and encourage numerous pornography and “confession” threads where people brag about their disgusting fetishes. The forum itself serves as a sort of minigame you alt-tab into while the users wait for the people they groom on discord to send them nudes.

While Facepunch itself originally ran from 2005 to 2019, Garry ended up getting married sometime between those two dates and soon resolved to delete the forum after the birth of his child. Around a tenth of the remaining userbase then fled to “Knockout”, a microcosm of the most insane that old Facepunch had to offer with none of the talent. Knockout was originally owned by the Brazillian “Inacio”, who later gave up control to a moderator junta (he has since abandoned his creation entirely to its fate).

This junta is headed by Uncle Jimemma POWERWORD Johnathan “Johnny” Towle", a former marine with a sociology degree with the self-importance and impotence to match. The useless Janny of Minneapolis, this longtime crayon eater threatens legal action on numerous forum trolls. Known as the GMF or Gold Members Forum, they ran doxing campaigns, made fun of trannies, and shared pirated vidya with one another. Eventually a butthurt Indian medical student “Zoneslyvania” (who was made fun of by the GMF for stalking female forum users and saying he wanted to “chew on them”) and the trannies teamed up to blackmail and later purge the GMF, bringing in an era of social justice and accountability. Zone was later caught promoting antisemitism and calling people niggers in discord.

By the early 2010s separate threads for furries, LGB, and trannies came to the forefront of Facepunch (to give an idea of how much has changed, the first crossdressing thread in 2011 was met with disgust and horror). These dark times saw the rise of coomer threads, in which at least one of them (the aptly named “What turns you on thread”) had a tinychat grooming ring in which posters solicited nudes from underage minors. This was quickly shut down, but skype and discord conversations of the Facepunch/Knockout community since have kept up the tradition.

Tudd Fudders was a user who in the later years of Facepunch voted for Donald Trump in the 2016 election. He became notorious as whenever users challenged his support for Trump, he refused to apologize. At some point, even mention of his name would cause posters to froth at the mouth in rage whenever he posted. Eventually when Facepunch was finally seized by the trannies and then deleted by Garry, he was finally banned and has since retired from internet trolling. Despite this, there are still users on Knockout with PTSD from him three years on.

Well this explains a lot, I recall gold members and moderation in general in 2009-2011 being very different from those in 2014-2015. I thought it was just the old guard moving on and the trannies/PC crowd simply becoming a majority. Guess I didn't appreciate the old shitposters enough, just now I realize they were the only things holding back the waves of faggots and their degeneracy.

And funny that Inacio was strongarmed by the jannies into handing over the site, since that's the same shit he alongside the then FP jannies tried to pull on Garry right before the forum was deleted.
