Patrick being 140 plus IQ is hilarious. When I had gotten out the military and just finished college, I worked for a very short period of time for DARPA as a tard wrangler.
That isn't the official name, but for all intents and purposes, my job was to try and sit down some of the smartest people on the planet, getting gobs of cash from the US government, and making sure these freaks remembered to eat and file simple paperwork.
Once you get to a certain level in IQ, you literally start to struggle interacting with the average person. Fucking Steven Hawking's had three PhD's wiping his ass and feeding him because normal people could not keep up with his mind.
Pat struggles to interact with people, but it's because he is fucking retarded and can't even build a fence without fucking it up.

I like this new view across the "car port" where we can see that every other house in the neighbourhood has a garage and properly maintained grounds.
