He really did have a good point about people's inability to make their own opinions and only knowing to follow the hive. I talked to my brother about this and he literally said, "Well, if there's all the dipshits agree with him and everyone else is calling him out he must obviously be in the wrong." I also tried to explain how is statements were completely inoffensive and it's just reddit projecting their politics, and he tried to argue while he didn't TECHNICALLY say anything wrong it was a right-wing dog whistle.
