So, although we have threads about bad fursuits and furry drama, I think a place to discuss and expose shifty fursuit makers needs to happen, especially since call-out posts and evidence are vanishing over time, with people deleting twitter accounts.
Part 1 here will deal with zoophile and pedophile fursuit makers. If there's any client creeps for these makers, I'll add them in a .5 to each addition. Twitter links don't seem to archive at all anymore, so I have summarized their contents.
Wildlife Fursuits/Allison Reed/Java
No longer on twitter, and with FA down, Java's site is the best resource here.
Wildlife had the first major callout as fursuit makers go, one old enough most have long forgotten it.
Her suits are distinct in style, with pronounced leg padding and the same ugly hand paw pattern on pretty much everything. You can always tell one of these suits on sight.
Java is a known zoophile who not only got her dog a vasectomy, she also abused it to the point it became too aggressive to handle. Her partner wanted to get it put down, but the dog was apparently given away (possibly to another zoo, but I recall reading that it went to an animal shelter) and she got another with full intent to train it for the same purposes. There were images and videos of her with the dog on beastforum in the past, now seemingly lost to time. This happened in 2006-2008.

Frosst suits/Midnight Makers/Fawn_doberman/blackberyIndica
Her site is here (archive), you can see old Frosst suits in the gallery. The name change only happened once there was a lot of heat on the old Frosst suits name, and Jesse Frosst changed genders as well.
Fun fact, the first suit there is a personal one of Jesse, and the second belonged to Skye Cabbit, a known pedophile.
By this point, Frosst suits/MM has a distinct and clean style, but the base was ripped off of OneEyedDoe, back when Jesse refurbished her partners (former partner?) fursuit. Notably, Mori Mutt had a suit made by Wildlife during covid, when he came up to live with Jesse for a bit to try and get citizenship. That suit is the stand-alone one featured above in the Wildlife info.
Jesse has sunken her reputation in a few ways: defending Wildlife, defending/fucking Cenny Husky (a known and proudly open zoophile who was talking to Snakething about getting a dog to abuse), associating with Stormy (another known zoophile), attempting to rape someone...
She also made fursuits with realistic animal genital add-ons before, sheaths and dog vaginas, both functioning for murrsuit use. Classy shit.
The sexual assault accusations against Jesse Frosst, although old, are still an interesting detail as she did just sweep them under the rug. A short excerpt below:
That's a literal 12 year old she's with, while wearing a used murrsuit with fetish gear on top of it. She also made gift heads for two major popfurs: Majira Strawberry and Kiwi Fox, his partner.

MoreFurLess/Kisho Wolf
A well known and still popular fursuit maker, MFL (old archive from Kisho himself), had a call out that was quickly swept under the rug relating to one of their founders.
Using the exact same head base for every single character/species, MFL was unaffected by this callout, since they did such a good job of hiding it. The instagram account that had a lot of coverage is gone, and little remains now of the detailed documents that were initially floating around.

Their reviews (archive) on fursuit reviews are all positive, although they did stamp out these issues so that's fair.
Don't Hug Cacti/Blondie Foxy/Lucky Coyote
One of the biggest callouts in the fandom towards a fursuit maker (archive), and one that had traction for a while.
Despite being around for ages, DHC has never had a great reputation as a maker, as this tumblr post (archive) from 2014 shows. They make low quality suits with too-small fitting heads, use a basting/running stitch for major construction (long stitches that easily fall apart, meant to be temporary), have very visible seams in the materials, and were started by a crazy bitch. A few reviews for their suits: a border collie, and a horse.
When this all happened, DHC actually lost a dealer space at Midwest Furfest that year, where they had normally had front row positioning.
DHC also doesn't seem to give much of a damn about making suits for questionable people, as in the case of the Patches the dalmation copycat suit. When known scammer (among other things) Matthew Soltys wanted to buy the original Patches fursuit, he failed to actually make a down payment on it and it was ultimately sold to another person. Soltys proceeded to commission art of the character, and pretend to be the suits owner, going as far as to commission a suit from DHC (who made the original). There was outcry but the suit was made anyways, with only tiny changes to the head to make it different.
They also left out their watermark in the pictures, suggesting they knew this was scummy and simply didn't care.
The document for the callout has been archived many times (i'll add one once I can). The TL: DR is that Blondie Foxy was openly sexual around minors, literally has the two pawprint marking on her fursona that zoos use to signal each other, has been known to go to zoo meets at major cons, adopted a male german shepard after stating she finds large dogs "too tempting", killed her pet rabbits for fun, and after being called out by people who wanted her to get help, accused them all of being jealous competitors.

Skye Cabbit/ Thunderhowl Studios/ Zaro Wolf/ Redstormfursuits Studios
Skye Cabbit is a popfur and a fursuit maker (archive), who not only seems to be friendly with Jesse Frosst, but who also groomed an underage boy. She has gone on to not only get the entire document regarding her abuse pulled, she has made multiple statements regarding this, claiming her underage victim was the real abuser.
Apparently Skye Cabbit made suits under a different name for a bit, with the Thunderhowl suits specifically being ones made from lighter-weight construction, and she made efforts to distance her name from this new brand after the call out. The original call out is gone from the internet from the looks of things, but it seems that Skye Cabbit not only was dating a 15 year old, she also was sneaking him into conventions with a fake ID, lied about his age to others, and had him move to another state so they could live together since laws were different there.
This tweet, the replies, and a lone tumblr (archive) post are that all remains of this document, as other furries fired back: apparently KitKat Cabbit himself was also an issue, and is also a fursuit maker as it happens...

Kitkat Cabbit/ Hayden M Decker/ Nelthorian the Sergal/ Redstormfursuits Studios/ Ketsfox
Victim of a pedophile, but worth mentioning as they not only learned how to make fursuits (archive) from their abuser, they have also had a fairly major beware against them.
As you can see, Kitkat makes suits in a very similar way to Skye, to the point where I thought the second one here was made by Thunderhowl.
Notably, the callout against Kitkat was not made to try and make him look bad, or to defend Skye, but rather to warn of the fact Kitkat was a violent person who had done some nasty actions against others in the past. This website (archive) has a nice write-up explaining how both these makers are trash.
It seems that Hayden himself was luring adults, being openly sexual with others while underage at cons, and was pretty rapey as well. This could have been the result of grooming from Skye, but it also could be a dumb horny kid with no boundaries. It's hard to tell, but neither are good people.

A team mostly forgotten now, this couple did make a few fursuits and did art as well, but is seems they had some serious issues with getting work done on time, as shown on their still open twitter.
This seems to be related to some serious issues going on between the scenes. You see, on March 27 the two makers posted a dating ad on Craigslist. They then brutally murdered the man who answered. Both are currently in jail.
The wikifur (archive) article about them, which is pretty much the same as what's here. I swear there were claims they killed their dog when this went down, and there is mention of them killing and skinning a dog (i believe it was assumed this was to prepare them to kill a human, and so the dog wouldn't be in the way) but I can't find anything about that now, so if anyone can find any comments about that I'd be grateful. I swear it was on twitter since i do remember the murder story blowing up.

This document outlines my experience with SmolPinkCurl/Frosstfursuits also known as : Littlepinkwoof/JesseFrosst/TheMapleLynx/LynxLoveBites and sexual assault. I am making it simply so people can be aware of Jesse’s previous actions and avoid this behavior in the future.
I met Jesse at Denfur 2018 through some mutual friends. She immediately expressed interest in me because I am a transman. She was overly flirtatious with me. I was simply looking to talk, hang out, not for a fling and throughout coming across one another during the convention, I made this clear to her.
I had attended a room party that she was at on Saturday night. I was high, and accompanying me was a friend of mine. I had sat down next to Jesse on the edge of the bed to talk to her for a bit. She was in her lynx fursuit bodysuit, which she often wears nothing under. I did not know this at the time.
She kissed me unprompted. She had grabbed my wrist making me feel up her leg and keeping me in place. I tried to ask her what she was doing and for her to stop but she had kept kissing me anytime I pulled away as well as forcing my hands to trace her body.
I was stunned and my friend called me to move to sit down on the other bed with him to get me away from her. Jesse followed me, climbed into my lap and proceeded to make out with me again. Her hand had made its way to the zipper of my pants and after unzipping them, she was tugging at my waistband of my boxers. She was talking about wanting to finger me and how hot it be. This triggered dysphoria for me. I remember trying to push her off me and explaining to her I did NOT want her to be kissing me, or touching me but she wouldn’t let up.
Again my friend stepped in, telling her to get off me. I was doing my best to piece together what just happened because again I was high. Someone called her and she went to talk to them before leaving the room party. My friend and I left shortly after that because I was so confused and angry with what just happened.
For the rest of the con Jesse avoided me. I tried to message her to explain how fucked up it was that she had acted without explicit consent while I was under the influence. She blocked me.
I have not seen Jesse in person since, and have done my best to avoid her online as well, but knowing I am not the only person she has done this to, I can not stay silent anymore.
I would like people to at least be aware of this experience when interacting with her in the future and possibly avoid similar experiences.

Many are disappointed with how many people continue to defend this dangerous and controlling individual who continues to scower our community. Yet still, many are too frightened to speak up about said conflicts with him due to the threat of false accusations, harassment, physical harm, Community exile and even worse unknowns.

I personally was a victim of his many years ago in highschool, and it hurts to see that he has only gotten worse. After lying to the locals and burning countless bridges in Arizona, he moved to Colorado where he lives now.
Kitkat claimed to be groomed by Skye Cabbit. The beware came out last year and after knowing him personally, I could tell that none of his posts or comments or even the document was written in his “language” or “vocabulary”.

Couldn’t help but recall the past things I’ve experienced with Kitkat, I couldn’t help but question some of the things he said in that document. I distinctly remember that he was openly sleeping around with multiple adults and teens in Florida and Arizona while underage. There’s no way that if she was grooming him while he was doing this, that he would have been able to freely do these things like he was. Right? Isn’t “grooming” like.. “Controlling someone underage mentally for sex?”
This leads me to question a lot of things that he “claims”.

Section 15. Started ‘Furever Studios’ by using cabbit base patterns and head patterns that someone else had originally created without credit given. As of 2018, he still used the same base that was created in 2015. Verified by 3 furever studios fursuiters.
He stole Skye Cabbit’s fursuit design style that she created.
Many are disappointed with how many people continue to defend this dangerous and controlling individual who continues to scower our community. Yet still, many are too frightened to speak up about said conflicts with him due to the threat of false accusations, harassment, physical harm, Community exile and even worse unknowns.

I personally was a victim of his many years ago in highschool, and it hurts to see that he has only gotten worse. After lying to the locals and burning countless bridges in Arizona, he moved to Colorado where he lives now.
Kitkat claimed to be groomed by Skye Cabbit. The beware came out last year and after knowing him personally, I could tell that none of his posts or comments or even the document was written in his “language” or “vocabulary”.

FELT SICK reading the things he claimed that she did to him. Disgusting.
Couldn’t help but recall the past things I’ve experienced with Kitkat, I couldn’t help but question some of the things he said in that document. I distinctly remember that he was openly sleeping around with multiple adults and teens in Florida and Arizona while underage. There’s no way that if she was grooming him while he was doing this, that he would have been able to freely do these things like he was. Right? Isn’t “grooming” like.. “Controlling someone underage mentally for sex?”
This leads me to question a lot of things that he “claims”.
That being said, some of the screenshots in this document were made available publicly by Skye Cabbit. Others were gathered by myself.

A team mostly forgotten now, this couple did make a few fursuits and did art as well, but is seems they had some serious issues with getting work done on time, as shown on their still open twitter.
This seems to be related to some serious issues going on between the scenes. You see, on March 27 the two makers posted a dating ad on Craigslist. They then brutally murdered the man who answered. Both are currently in jail.
The wikifur (archive) article about them, which is pretty much the same as what's here. I swear there were claims they killed their dog when this went down, and there is mention of them killing and skinning a dog (i believe it was assumed this was to prepare them to kill a human, and so the dog wouldn't be in the way) but I can't find anything about that now, so if anyone can find any comments about that I'd be grateful. I swear it was on twitter since i do remember the murder story blowing up.
