Does anyone know if what we're seeing on stream is already "the new stream setup"? Webcam, sound etc. all look just as shitty as they did 2 years ago.
I hope this begins the arc of Cosmo becoming a shitty Vtuber. It'd be funny as fuck, but the only thing I'd miss is seeing that lovely, lifeless gaze of his.
I can't speak to the webcam and/or mic, but can confirm that the PC he is using is his brand new PC. Also as of a few weeks ago he had ordered a brand new monitor, so that's likely new too.
Cosmo has outed himself as the same shitty person from 2 years ago so it's no surprise his stream is starting to look more and more like it used to. Only this time, just imagine, his parents are literally in another room in the same house thinking there's nothign wrong with how their 31 or 32 year old son is behaving. Just absolute lunacy.

Get youtube-dl, then find the video you want to save and simply run youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IaLWsWvtTiI. This will spit out the raw mp4 file for the video. You can even do this with livestreams and record the video live to your disk.
Note that youtube-dl needs to be updated from time to time. On Windows, use a command prompt with admin privileges and run youtube-dl -U or so.
You can then use ffmpeg or HandBrake to re-encode the file to reduce the size. Just play with the quality slider in HandBrake and see what works best. Don't bother too much with the audio settings, they will contribute little to the overall file size.
You end up with a handy mp4 or mkv file.
