Tl;Dr. No more assassination attempt on Hitler, Holocaust is expanded to England and actually works, and Burgundy is nicer to the Belgians and French.

whats with all these cold war mods being so cursed, you have Iron Curtain mod that takes forever to update and when it does hoi 4 new update gets introduced the next week, and then all the rest that are either left wing wanks, or get cancelled

Because cold war mods are doomed to fail. HoI4 is about grand conflicts and expansion, not about clever diplomacy and proxy conflicts.

I remember they made this roadmap all the way back in early 2022. Wonder what they've "added" since then.

Also don't TNO actually have less content now then on release because they removed content from burgundy and the PRC and Men's russia

The problem with Iron Curtain is that its spreading it's content so incredibly thin, it has three start dates in 1949, 1960 and 1973 and they even have content for Russia in 1993. Just pick a start date and build up from that.

Unless there's something actively wrong with the mod that prevents its functioning ingame, you can safely ignore those warning triangles when it comes to music mods. The only possible thing that might be out of date are the weight triggers, but that wont stop the radio stations from playing music.

The most succesful Cold War mod for Hoi4 is TNO. Make of that what you will.
