You're right, for certain gradients you have to bleach the hair first or go to an actual hairdresser and use proper chemicals designed for the effect. before applying the actual dye. But I'm unsure I trust Chris with doing that without accidentally blinding himself or swallowing some of the bleach and I doubt he'd have it professionally dyed.

That's optimistic, I'm afraid.
I'm pretty sure this shirt was made to target the appalling large "fat 20 something male fan of MLP" demographic. I respect the hustle, but the fact that this is a viable business model shows that there is something rotten in our society.
He liked the 'Level 1' video on September 13th so I guess the idea stuck with him if he's making a request now.
His belief in curses, voodoo dolls, body changing hypnosis and now telekinesis is always interesting because for most people it's very black and white that they don't work. But in Chris's worldview they are still viable and somehow he hasn't had the experience saying otherwise. If anything the subliminal beats probably reinforced it.

Oh lord. Watch him, in maybe about a month or two, start claiming that the hypnosis videos have worked again making him a master of telekinesis, followed by him getting in trouble with the law again after trying (and utterly failing) to telekinetically maim the employees of WalMart or Gamestop or some other place he's been banned from.
