I got curious and searched his website to see what he thought about the notorious Pastor Steven J. Anderson. I was half expecting a page about how Pastor Anderson is going to hell for some obscure Biblical doctrine, but instead was
treated to a giant page idolizing the guy and

KISS are a bunch of Satanic perverts bound for hell? It's a pretty unusual standout among the other accounts he follows which are mostly tiny fundie ministries or random fundie pastors. Now yes, I know that DJS in reality loves him some rock music (at least according to that one "David J. Stewart EXPOSED" blog from a decade ago that posted his arrest and other legitimate-looking info on him), but still, normally he tries to keep it a secret.
I'm amazed he has a Twitter to begin with since you'd think he'd consider it evil or have been banned like his idol Pastor Anderson for posting even a fraction of the insanity from his website.

So here's what I know about David j Stewart. He attended Hyles Anderson bible college, and believes that Jack Hyles, who pastored the megachurch First baptist church of Hammond Indiana, is some kind of blameless saint. Please research the man and the institution to be thoroughly disabused of any such notion.
Despite attending preacher school, Dave never led any church that he has mentioned in his extensive web history. He did however drive a church bus at some point. He also married.
Dave holds very strong opinions about Bible translations, and biblical gender and marriage roles. These beliefs on marriage and gender were apparently not shared by his wife, who would often not wash dishes or laundry, forcing Dave to go to work in damp underwear, because he couldn't figure out how the washer and dryer worked or something. When he noticed his wife not getting dressed, or out of bed, fixing his work lunches, or caring for their children, he figured the issue was feminism, and not, like depression or whatever. When his wife started going and staying at women's shelters or the homes of others, it was the fault of others for interfering in a godly marriage. He complains about how she kisses, that she wouldn't open her mouth. I've been aware if this asshats for longer than I've been here. And that's saying something. In all that time, I've never seen him say a kind word about his wife. Well, ex wife. Because surprise, surprise, she divorced him. And surprised he was! He's been ever so lonesome without a god given helpmeet ever since. At some point, I'm not sure if it was before or after she dumped him, this faithful man of God went and did this.
