...What? Coffee isn't made with cocoa beans - coffee is its own plant (Coffea arabica being one of them), as is cacao (Theobroma cacao). The caffeine in coffee is a stimulant, so depending on how much you have and how much your body can tolerate, it can give you the runs.
As an aside, chocolate doesn't have nearly the amount of caffeine that coffee does.
