Honestly looks like he is making a exceptionally dark joke the day after the tradegy...A man mows down dozens of innocent people and stabs a police officer to death before being shot dead himself. Chris chalks it up to he was just getting a little angry behind the wheel...
Goes to show how terribly unaware he is about the current state of things.

the last time chris had road rage he tried to run over an innocent shop owner and call him a pedophile so this is hardly out of place for him
Don't forget the lady he attacked by calling her a smoker when the incident was clearly his fault.
