Those herbal supplements can be just as damaging to the liver as Spiro or any other HRT medicine but without any of the real results. He's basically damaging his body with no results whatsoever.

His diet and inactivity have been damaging his body for years now. Some homeopathic magic pills are just going to be a drop in the ocean at this point.
