Thing is, he doesn't get mad at Barb when she tells him to do something. She doesn't really tell him to do much and she blames the outside world a lot. Chris is almost never mad at Barb. They're mad together at whatever situation the evil debt collectors put them in.

They have a really fucked up, mutually dependent relationship.

Like there's the story about when Barb wanted Chris to sleep down in her room with her, but he wanted to sleep in his bedroom. She kept pestering him for awhile, until she got angrier and angrier, and then just lost her shit and wrecked his room. Flipped over his furniture, knocked over all his shit. She was trying to physically intimidate her exceptional son because he wanted to sleep in his own bedroom.

He caved and went down to sleeping in her room again. He almost certainly believes that he was in the wrong and he was a dick for not acquiescing to his crazy mother's bizarre demands.

I wouldn't say Chris is a pussy (I mean he is, but...), but rather that he's been emotionally abused by Barb.

"Fighting Back" in this case means impotently ranting on social media and snapping/blocking anyone who doesn't tell him what he wants to hear or enable him in his delusions. Because aside from improving himself, changing his phone number, working hard to be less gullible, and leaving the internet for good, there really isn't anything Chris can do to get weens to leave him alone. And even if he did change his phone number and leave the internet, I still think weens would do anything they can to screw with Chris.

If anyone were to have taken serious advantage of Chris they need to know that everything you do on the internet leaves a papertrail. If he tried hard enough he could probably find you (or dox you, like he's done before - and then other people find you) especially if you gave him your address, etc.

Taking advantage of the mentally ill (vulnerable adults, etc.) is illegal in all 50 states and at the federal level.

The thing is, while Chris fighting back is definitely justified, he won't be any more competent at it than he is at anything else..

It's a product that already has an inflated value, and you're making it more expensive. You're paying $30 a month for 18 months for a $300 lego set.
