I'm not completely sure how to phrase it. Were they active participants or tricked? Were they bribed with potential VA work? How much can be laid at the feet of Sabat and Rial and how much was Rooster Teeth management being useless? Did RT interfere with other conventions?

Wow. Sounds like Nick let loose a bunch of frustration. It must be pretty tough to be sitting on top of a bunch of information for a long time without having the chance to share it all at the moment. I can understand that he's frustrated with how Vic has handled the situation so far. But Vic is in a tough spot that if he tries to stand up for himself, his words can and will be used against him. Even now, they take Vic's streams and scream about him talking to his fans is instigating hate in the community. It is a difficult and frustrating place to be in since the defense is going to twist it in any way they can in court. The same could be said about Vic and Nick hanging out together. It seems wrong for Vic to want to hide it, but what can he do right now? The defendants are going to try to paint Nick as an agent... and the more proof the have of them together, the more they are going to try to drill that narrative. These people are hard to escape from and they will make everyone suffer no matter what. Newbie VAs that stand up for Vic are starting to get their chances of having a legitimate career destroyed. Would Vic standing up for himself be able to prevent this? I don't know. He's kind of already said his piece and denied the allegations of assault, pedophilia, and such. But no matter what he does... Hey farms from earlier with the second stephanie Facebook profile with the full name I want to let you know that is me. I was proving to senpaishome that the very first stephanie leaked dm to not fully believe it at first till she has spoken out as anybody can make a Facebook account and say something. To prove my point to senpai, I wrote the exact same message that was said with senpai name at the bottom. Nothing to go going against anything just proving a point to maybe not believe the stephanie leak first time

With the kickvic moonbutt showing stephanie saying she has been hacked. That profile only has ‘stephanie’ not her full name on there which would had been from her real profile. Vic just has a kind nature. You can tell he doesn't like being negative or saying negative things about anybody. He was hesitant to give names in his deposition. He never said anything negative about the defendants. During his livestreams, he struggles to communicate his negative feelings. Even when he does it, he is extremely composed and then moves on quickly. Doesn't seem fair of Nick to expect Vic to go against his own kind hearted nature.

When it comes to Vic wanting to be friends with the defendants again, I agree it's dumb, but it fits his character. Look at the defendants, whom he called friends for years, yet they made fun of him behind his back and spread rumors about him. Look at whom he's calling a friend now: Chris Ayres (liked KV tweets and participated in KV discussion), Caitlin Glass (liked the Dallas morning news article, likes a bunch of Jamie's tweets while not even liking one of Vic tweets). I think his view of friendship is just extremely optimistic and he considers everyone a friend (which he has stated in court). He believes he could be friends with Jamie and Monica again in the same way that he believes that Caitlin and Chris are his friends, if that makes sense.

But what Vic doesn't seem to recognize is that by refusing to stand up to these people, he's letting them do the harm he's afraid of doing himself. And yes, his lawsuit is part of it, but he could at least step forward and do some PR for himself, too.
