Fair but in your cases it seems less blame lies with the mothers chinky parenting and more than their fathers are unable or unwilling to rein in the mother and do their fucking job as a father.

Though that doesn't surprise me I suppose, when imagine these fathers as the low test soy boy with yellow fever that is stereotypical of WMAF shit.

I know quite a few actual hapas, and I hate to admit it's true. A majority of the ones I know are rather low achieving and unsuccessful. I've asked someone who is a hapa why this occurs and the answer makes quite a bit of sense. Almost all asian women have a certain type of parenting, which is usually helicoptering and or tiger mom style parenting. Their fathers on the other hand usually don't want much to do with parenting or work heavy hours leading their mom to take the primary role. When you have one parent who expects you to get great grades and be successful, while neglecting to teach any actual skills (such as social skills, independent thinking skills, knowing how to make even the simplest meals, knowing how to pay a bill or do taxes) it leads to a mental breakdown when they leave or want to leave home because they have no clue how to function independently. And a lot of these people usually end up never leaving home, or end up in shitty relationships to fill the void of the caregiver who does everything for them.

There's a massive class dimension to this, though. A poor family would make them go out and work rather than floundering around in despondency.

In Siberia and Central Asia white/Asian mixed race people are quite common, but they're usually poor and often the father is Asian. They tend to be much like anyone else. The Russian defence minister Sergey Shoygu had a Tuvan father and Russian mother, and some Korean labourers deported to Central Asia by Stalin intermarried with Russians. There are also some people descended from Japanese POWs taken during World War 2, who seduced local women.

I don't think the Russian version of /r/hapas would be anywhere near as active, though there is a lot of anti-Asian hostility from Russian nationalists.

I saw an Asian woman who said that she was so happy on instagram that her son looked "white" even though he was like max 1 and his "white features" like his eyes and light hair were already turning dark and looking "squnity" and after denying all claims of self hate and that she loved herself she ironically did state that she does want a blue eyed white looking grandchild. There was an article about how a hapa said that his life was living hell especially because he looked way more "Asian".

Then it hit me on why so many of AW/WM children seem so fucked up in the head and why that sub seems to be a breeding ground for them. Many of times, the parents seem to be messed up people.

I have several half white friends and remembered at least one of the Asian moms out right stating that they didn't want the child to be dark skinned like an African. I even met a couple where the Asian woman hanged out with Asians, loved her Asian heritage but only dated white and was stuck up as well. Her hubby only hung out with white people, didn't seem to like Asian culture but surprise only dated Asians. It was almost like a fetish.

I know not all of them act like that but I live in an area filled with hapas and have met many of their parents, talked with many of them and went to school with several hapas. I kind of pity many of them.

I'm well aware and I wasn't implying that. I was saying from my experience and because WMAF is more common and that is the one I'm more use to seeing and talking to.

Genes are a crazy thing. Tbh, regardless of who the asian parent is, the majority either look overwhemingly asian or a mixture of both asian/european. I met one though who had medium brown hair and pale skin but his eyes and nose looked undoubtedly "Asian" if that makes sense.
