I agree that this sounds even worse than usual though. Chris is never the best typist but generally it's not impossible to make sense of what he's saying whereas this post is honestly a challenge.
I have to assume that at this point someone has informed him that Hilary is extremely wealthy herself and hardly represents the poorer people in America. Obviously the fact she's a woman negates that anyway but still, it's annoying to see him act like Trump represents the upper class while Hilary represents the lower.

This really is the way Chris thinks. He has trouble dealing with abstract concepts, so he arbitrarily converts them into statistics. Chris has probably imagined a Trump presidency as a Poison status effect inflicting steady damage over time, whereas Hillary is like a Chansey that can utilize the egg in her pouch to use her signature Feminine Touch move, restoring 50% of economic damage.
