The problem is, Chris is self aware enough to not bring up the CPU goddesses and other dimensions to his therapists. He doesn't want to change or try to be convinced they don't exist. Unless he becomes a danger to himself or others they won't pry too much or force him to do anything.
Chris' problems now include real life dipshits who want to be friends with Chris but also endulge him in his fantasies.
